Protocols

IMMUNOFLUORESCENCE
- 4% PFA fixation and permeabilisation step
- Primary antibodies mix application
- Overnight incubation
- Rinse with PBS (next day)
- Secondary antibodies mix application – incubation for 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Rinse with PBS (3 times)
- Coverslip with immunofluorescent mounting media with DAPI
- Leave to dry by applying some pressure
- Once dry seal with nail varnish
