Immunofluorescence

IMMUNOFLUORESCENCE

 

  • 4% PFA fixation and permeabilisation step
  • Primary antibodies mix application
  • Overnight incubation
  • Rinse with PBS (next day)
  • Secondary antibodies mix application – incubation for 45 minutes at room temperature.
  • Rinse with PBS (3 times)
  • Coverslip with immunofluorescent mounting media with DAPI
  • Leave to dry by applying some pressure
  • Once dry seal with nail varnish
