Recent Successes
The partnership between Imperial College London and Imperial College Health Care NHS Trust in its Academic Health Science Centre has brought a unique environment for allied health professionals, nurses, midwives and pharmacists to carry out post graduate education. Our post graduate programme is aimed is to train tomorrows research leaders from among these professional groups.
The MSc and MRes programs are clinically focused and multidisciplinary; they aim not only to give you extended knowledge of a relevant field but also to give you a research platform on which to build in clinical practice. The courses offer a unique opportunity to mix with a wide variety of professions in one of the world's leading academic institutions
As well as postgraduate masters degrees, we are also able to offer PhD programs that span basic science to clinical practice. These build on our research excellence within the Faculty of Medicine. We are particularly strong in the areas of translational research and extending clinical practice.
All postgraduate students automatically become a member of one of the two Graduate Schools as soon as they start their postgraduate studies. The Graduate Schools exist in order to enhance the quality of postgraduate education at Imperial. Membership means that Imperial postgraduates become part of a wider community of students and this helps towards broadening and enriching their academic experience. Find out more here
