Work-stream leader: Professor Jonathan Friedland
Aim: to develop a specifically skilled academic, clinical and medical workforce to deliver clinical care, research and leadership in infection control. To do this by developing a series of academic training courses for NHS managers, nurses, hospital microbiologists and pharmacists.
