CRI Aims

The Centre aims to:

1) Provide an integrated network of investigators to develop, test and apply innovative interventions in respiratory infections.

2) Promote systematic and interdisciplinary research into the immunobiology and pathogenesis of respiratory infections in animal models and in man.

3) Enhance preparedness for future outbreaks of respiratory infection.

4) Train the next generation of scientists and clinicians skilled in respiratory infection research.

5) Promote public understanding of science.
