Background
Anne is Director of Governance and Corporate Affairs at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She is an allied health professional with an Msc in evaluation of clinical practice and is currently completing a PhD at Imperial College London. Anne was risk and governance lead for the merger of Hammersmith Hospitals and St Mary’s Hospital establishing the corporate and clinical governance framework for the new organisation. This was effective at ensuring standards of care and service quality remained high during the post – merger phase. Anne has experience in managing complex organisational change in both private and NHS healthcare and skills in service re-design, evidence based clinical pathways, audit and evaluation.
Research Interests
Her academic work has focused on high performing organisations, developing performance frameworks and involving patients and public in patient safety initiatives.
