Faculty of Medicine Finance Committee
Main terms of reference:
- to advise the Principal on all matters to do with the financial management of the Faculty
- to develop a coherent Faculty-wide inter-Divisional approach on finance in order to reflect the cross-Divisional aspects of the Faculty’s activities whereby various activities cut across the Divisional streams of funding
- to examine in detail the implications of various funding methodologies, including the effect of the formula vote
- to liaise with the College’s finance committees
- to monitor the financial performance of the Faculty
- to make recommendations to PAG

At least 6 times a year

- Heads of Divisions (x2)
- Faculty Secretary

The Principal/Deputy Principal may attend if the agenda dictates, or if they wish to raise specific issues.
