Principal's Advisory Group
Main terms of reference:
- to define and monitor the aims and strategic objectives of the Faculty
- to develop and monitor the academic plan of the Faculty
- to ensure that resources are deployed effectively in order to deliver the objectives of the Faculty
- to oversee the development and delivery of Divisional plans, including the staffing of divisions
- to ensure that effective management structures are in place within the Faculty
- to receive reports and recommendations from each of its sub-committees
- to make recommendations for possible transmission by the Principal to the College Executive Committee.
Meeting frequency:
At least 9 formal meetings a year; the committee may also meet informally

These sub committees have membership and terms of reference which are reviewed annually by PAG and report their minutes to their immediate parent committee. They all require confidentiality and for members to send designated deputies to meetings which they are unable to attend.
