Faculty Office Coordination meetings

The Faculty office coordinates its activities through regular meetings of its staff. 

• The Faculty Management Board is a formal committee chaired by the Deputy Principal and reporting to Principal's Advisory Group.  It is attended by the Faculty Secretary and Deputy Faculty Secretary, Head of Research Strategy, Faculty Finance Officer, Faculty Senior HR Manager, and is supported by the Operational Projects Manager. It meets on a monthly basis. 
• The Faculty Exec Group is a small weekly coordination meeting with a focus on tackling important operational issues as they arise. It is chaired by the Principal and attended by the Deputy Principal, Faculty Secretary and Faculty Finance Officer.
• The Faculty Secretary's Team Meeting is held every two weeks. Chaired by the Faculty Secretary, its membership includes the Deputy Secretary, Finance Officer, Operational Projects Manager, Executive Officer, Web and IT Manager, Postgraduate Administrator and Undergraduate Medicine Office Manager. It meets informally to ensure effective coordination and communication for administrative activities of the office.
