Ms Ann I Kelly

Ann Kelly has worked for Imperial College as Senior HR Manager for the Faculty of Medicine since 2003 having joined the College 1995 as Employee Relations Adviser. In her current role she has overall responsibility for the HR function across the Faculty; including managing the HR team and ensuring the provision of full and effective operational recruitment, employment and employee relations service for the Faculty.

You can contact Ann on any issues relating operational employee relations issues including performance management, conduct, attendance, sickness, grievance and change management issues within the context of formal and informal procedures. Ann also manages the internal appeals processes and employment tribunal casework for the faculty.
