Professor Anthony N Warrens
Professor Anthony Warrens DM PhD FHEA FRCP is Professor of Renal and Transplantation Medicine. He is Head of the Graduate-Entry MB BS Programme in the College and an Honorary Consultant Physician, based principally at the Hammersmith Hospital. He is Clinical Lead in the Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Laboratory of the Clinical Immunology Service of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. He is also Head of Education of the Circulation Sciences and Renal Medicine Clinical Programme Group of the Trust. His research interests include mechanisms of rejection of transplanted tissue and attitudes to organ donation. He is Treasurer of the British Transplantation Society.
