Background
I am a lecturer assistant at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I joined Imperial College, the Global eHealth Unit in October 2011 as a PhD student.
My previous qualifications are a BSc in Computer Sciences and, in 2008; I completed a MSc in Medical Informatics at the University of Exeter.
Current Research
My doctoral research focuses on the scope for telehealthcare in supporting the care of long-term conditions. Currently, I am involved in the development of a Cochrane systematic review on telehealthcare for diabetes mellitus. My project is supervised by Dr Josip Car, the director of the Global eHealth Unit.
My main interests include health technologies, mHealth, management of chronic conditions, and health promotion.
