Ms Maria Lynch

I joined Imperial College in June 1997, starting at the Royal Brompton and Charing Cross campus as HR Adviser. I have also worked at St Mary's Campus as HR Adviser. I took up the post of HR Manager in August 2002.

As HR Manager (Medicine) I am responsible for:

• Managing the Charing Cross and Hammersmith Campus teams to ensure that they are providing an efficient and effective service .
• Providing specialist HR advice and guidance to managers and staff within the Faculty as required, on all aspects of HR policy, practice, redundancy, TUPE transfers, employee relations as issues such as discipline, capability, ill-health, grievances, harassment.
• Assisting with the review of service structures and supporting reorganisation exercises, as appropriate.
