I am a research postgraduate in the Theoretical and Evolutionary Biology group within the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology.

My current research interests include:

• The population structure and evolutionary history of Staphylococcus aureus
• The additional burden on human mortality and morbidity resulting from antibiotic resistance 
• Network models of bacterial populations
• Applications of Approximate Bayesian Computation to epidemiological research.
