Dr Sarah Burl
I am a newly appointed Research Associate (October 2010) working in the area of infant immunology and vaccines. The previous seven years I have spent in The Gambia working with several infant cohorts looking at BCG immunogenicity and more recently assessing the immune responses of infants to TLR agonists. At Imperial I am working in Beate Kampmann's group continuing with collaborative work between The Gambia and the UK investigating early life immunity to vaccines and infectious diseases.
