Divisional Manager with a focus on Human Resources and Communication.

I have spent the better part of over 20 years working in Administration, based within many Divisions of the Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College.

Whilst my background lies more significantly in resources and grants management , I studied for a recognised CIPD qualification, which covers everything from recruitment and selection to employment law and having passed,  became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

I now provide a spectrum of management support, but with a focus on contributing to policy changes, implementing HR policies and procedures and proactively managing matters related to HR, across the Division .
