Mrs Wendy K Gould

Wendy joined Imperial College in August 1991, starting at the St Mary’s campus.  Her  previous posts have included; Divisional Administrator for Neuroscience, Charing Cross Campus Administrator and Faculty Operational Projects Manager.

In her present post of Deputy Faculty Operating Officer she:

• Supports the Faculty Operating Officer deputising when appropriate.

• Contributes to, develops and implements the Faculty’s operational strategy. 

• Manages the Faculty Operations Team and their resources.

• To co-ordinate space negotiations between Faculty SIDs and host Trusts on behalf of the Faculty.

• Manages the Faculty Capital Projects User Co-ordination Team and their relevant appropriate resources.

• Is responsible for the organisation and delivery of Safety within the Faculty, line managing  the Campus Safety Managers. Identifying short, medium and long term strategic objectives and priorities and implementing in consultation with the Deputy Principal.

• Has overarching responsibility for specific major operational projects together and on behalf of the Faculty with  specific focus on operational structures within the Faculty.

• Works with the faculty Finance Officer to develop financial performance and processes across the faculty.

In this role she works closely with the Faculty Operating Officer, Faculty Operations Team, Faculty Service Managers, Heads of Divisions, Campus Deans, Divisional and Campus Administrators.
