Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulty logging onto the My e-portfolio from your computer or laptop the most likely cause of the problem is that you have an old version of Flash installed and/or Javascript is not enabled.

My e-portfolio requires Flash version 7 or above, JavaScript enabled and Pop-ups allowed to come up. To see what version of Flash you have and other information, go to PebblePad's help page.

If you do not see any changes made to your assets or no notification of updates show up when they should then pressing F5 would force a browser refresh which would solve the problem in most cases.

Some of the pages may not have a back button. If this is the case, then right click and select Back to go the previous page that you were on the icon in the bottom right hand corner.

Finally, make sure you use the correct username and password when attempting to log in. If you have further problems with your log-in contact webmaster.feo@imperial.ac.uk
