Faculty of Medicine

Who is the course for?

Content

The course consists of three intensive days of lectures, covering current and emerging concepts in immunology to provide an in depth revision of basic principles, as well as focussed discussion on newer research and therapeutic developments in this rapidly evolving and important specialty.

Scientists and Clinicians

For clinicians, this programme will integrate the basic science skills required of doctors, with the newest developments in a variety of medical and surgical specialities.

For scientists, particularly those embarking on a higher degree now or in the near future, this update will strengthen your knowledge of immunobiology and pathology.

As a result of the diverse background of delegates and the extensive involvement of the Faculty of Medicine, we think the course provides an excellent opportunity to network and start new collaborations.

Keen to foster this environment we invite you to come and meet the lecturers informally over coffee and lunch.  Furthermore, we would be delighted to discuss your training or research needs, proposals and enquiries at any stage.
