Attitude

Students are encouraged to develop an awareness and appreciation of personal and professional values throughout the course. This begins in Year 1, with dedicated sessions, and carries on through to the Introduction to the Practical Medical course in Year 6.

Policy documents are provided to students within the Year Guides about values and attitudes. These policy documents are based on the General Medical Council document 'Good Medical Practice'. These policies are available on the Undergraduate Medicine Teaching Intranet pages (password protected).
