High dose therapy in poor risk primary breast cancer (C/10/92)

Aim of the study:

To evaluate the disease free survival and overall survival of poor prognosis primary breast cancer patients receiving high dose chemotherapy compared with a more conventional adjuvant chemotherapy regimen.

End Point:

The main end point used for evaluation, will be overall survival based on all cause mortality. Relapse free survival, breast cancer mortality and cardiovascular mortality will also be assessed.

Status:

This is a closed trial in active long term follow-up.
