Flow Cytometry

Our flow cytometry laboratory, supported through the Wellcome Trust funded Centre for Respiratory Infection, is a core facility for researchers to use. We help you in designing and analysing your flow cytometry, Luminex experiments plus provide cell sorting.

Flow cytometry

We are happy to announce that we have two new Flow cytometers in our laboratory.

                                Cyan ADP

2 CyAn™ ADP LX 9 Color
Has 11 parameters (FSC, SCC, FL1-FL9). Is equipped with 488 nm, 633 nm, and 405 nm lasers. This model is ideal for up to 9 color analysis using a combination of FITC, RPE, RPE-Cy5.5 or PE-Texas Red, RPE-Cy7, APC, APC-Cy7 and fluorescent proteins, Pacific Blue and Pacific Orange.
