I'm currently working towards a PhD with Professor Azra Ghani and Dr Jamie Griffin on the epidemiology and control of malaria. Areas of particular interest are mathematical models of malaria  transmission and within-host models of malaria infection - with a focus on pre-erythrocytic vaccines.
