Postdoctoral Training

NHLI pays particular attention to postdoctoral research associates with a number of initiatives, including confidential open forums with the Head of Institute, creation of a postdoc committee and hosting postdoc career development and research days.

Furthermore, as a direct result of its open forums, NHLI has recently launched the NHLI Foundation Postdoctoral Travel Awards for the purpose of presenting at conferences or attending scientific workshops in the fields of cardiovascular and respiratory research.
